Your journey begins with a personal consultation with one of our experienced designers. During this session, we'll:

- Address any technical requirements
- Explore design possibilities
- Provide expert recommendations
- Discuss timeline and pricing details

Following your consultation, our design team gets to work:
- Our experienced designers create detailed sketches and specifications
- We carefully consider every element, from materials to finishing touches
- The design process typically takes 2-5 business days
- You'll receive comprehensive design documents for review

Once the initial design is complete, we enter the approval phase:
- You'll review the design and provide feedback
- We can make adjustments based on your original request (note: complete redesigns incur additional fees)
- Upon design approval, we create a fabric print preview
- This preview shows exactly how your design will look on the actual garment
- The preview process takes 2-3 days for shipping, plus your review time

To ensure perfect fits for everyone:
- With a deposit, we'll ship sample sizes for your entire group
- A return shipping label is included for your convenience
- This step takes 2-3 days for shipping, plus fitting time
- No more guessing with sizes!

Once everything is approved:
- We require a 50% down payment to begin production
- Standard production time is 2-4 weeks
- Note: Production times may increase during peak seasons
- We'll keep you updated on progress throughout

The final step in your journey:
- Standard ground shipping (2-6 days)
- Expedited shipping options available upon request
